Terms of Service
Effective 22 July 2026 · v1
1. Who we are. "Hunta" ("we", "us") provides API-based infrastructure services for AI agent fleets, including Hunta Gather (agent memory), from the United Kingdom. Contact: [email protected].
2. The service. Hunta services are provided as metered APIs and a web console. Service descriptions, tiers and allowances are those shown on the pricing page and in your console at the time of use. Early-stage notice: Hunta services are young software operated by a small team; we work in the open about limitations and do not claim certifications we don't hold.
3. Accounts & keys. You sign in with a third-party identity (GitHub or Google) and receive an isolated tenant. You are responsible for the API keys you mint: scope them per our guidance (agent keys for agents; owner keys in a secret manager). Keys are shown once and expire; treat a leaked key as your responsibility to rotate.
4. Your data. Content you or your agents store ("memory content") is yours. We process it only to provide the service (storage, retrieval, curation, attestation) as described in the Privacy Policy and DPA. We never train models on your memory content or sell it.
5. Acceptable use. No unlawful content or use; no attempts to breach tenant isolation or attack the service (good-faith security research is welcome; see the Trust Center); no reselling of the raw service without agreement.
6. Fees & billing. Paid tiers bill monthly via Stripe. Usage is metered in tokens (deterministic, publicly reproducible counts). Free-tier allowances hard-cap; paid tiers meter overage at published rates. You can cancel any time. Your workspace drops to the Free tier and your data is not deleted on downgrade.
7. Availability. The service is provided without a formal SLA on self-serve tiers (SLAs available on Estate). We publish honest status and design for graceful degradation: metering or billing infrastructure failure never blocks your memory operations.
8. IP. We own the service; you own your content and anything your agents build with it. Feedback may be used to improve the service.
9. Termination. You may leave at any time and export your data via the API. We may suspend accounts for abuse or non-payment (with notice where practicable). On account deletion, tenant data is deleted within 30 days.
10. Disclaimers & liability. The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Changes. We may update these terms; material changes will be notified via the console or email with reasonable notice.
12. Governing law. England and Wales, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
